Intro to the Internet & Email – Sahara West Library April 26th


In this FREE two-hour class, you will be introduced to web browsers (i.e. Google Chrome, Explorer and Firefox); efficient search engine use; web page navigation, and email basics.

The differences between the computer center's public access computers and a home user's computer will be briefly noted. Class time will be roughly split between lecture/demonstration and the opportunity for hands-on practice using the library's public access computers. ATTENDEES are encouraged to bring their laptops to follow along and questions.

Pre Requisite: Basic Knowledge of the computer, keyboard & mouse is required.
